Cách 1 — ngay trong app (tức thì)

1. Mở Uke Flow → tab Cá nhân.
2. Kéo xuống Vùng nguy hiểm → Xoá tài khoản.
3. Xác nhận. Tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu đồng bộ trên máy chủ bị xoá ngay, không khôi phục được.

Cách 2 — gửi email

Nếu không còn cài app: gửi thư tới mittohoa@gmail.com từ đúng địa chỉ email đã đăng ký, tiêu đề "Uke Flow: xoá tài khoản". Tài khoản sẽ được xoá trong vòng 7 ngày, có thư xác nhận.

Dữ liệu nào bị xoá

Email đăng nhập, toàn bộ lịch sử luyện tập đã đồng bộ (buổi tập, hợp âm, phút tập theo ngày, thử thách, mốc bài học) và mã thiết bị. Không có dữ liệu nào được giữ lại.

Lịch sử đang lưu trên điện thoại không bị ảnh hưởng — đó là dữ liệu cục bộ của bạn, và app vẫn dùng được không cần tài khoản. Muốn xoá luôn thì dùng "Đặt lại app như ban đầu".

Delete your Uke Flow account

Option 1 — inside the app (immediate)

1. Open Uke Flow → Profile tab.
2. Scroll to Danger zone → Delete account.
3. Confirm. The account and all synced server data are deleted at once, irreversibly.

Option 2 — by email

If the app is no longer installed, email mittohoa@gmail.com from the registered address with the subject "Uke Flow: delete account". Deletion happens within 7 days, with a confirmation reply.

What gets deleted

The sign-in email, all synced practice history (sessions, chords, minutes per day, challenges, lesson milestones) and the device id. Nothing is retained.

History stored on your phone is untouched — it is your local data and the app keeps working without an account. Use "Reset the app" to remove that too.
